Common men manifesto

Some political parties are busy in ridiculing foreign origin of Sonia, some are asking why Mamta is not attending meeting called by UPA, Some questions the loyalty of Sharad Pawar to Sonia Gandhi or UPA, some raises eye brows why Afzal Guru is not hanged and so on.... Afzal guru may be treated as Jamai by UPA. But before throwing stone on other’s glass house one should remember that BJP’s minister took one such hard core terrorist on plane to Kandhar. There may be good reason behind such act. People of India are least concerned whether Afzal Guru is hanged or not. People are worried of relentless rise in prices of essential commodities. People are worried of rampant corruption in all offices and delay in all works. People are worried due to delayed justice delivered by Indian courts. People are irritated on inhumane treatment of police department with innocent citizens and friendly treatment with evil doers and criminals.

Common man is least bothered of issues raised by opposition parties until such issues concerns their survival, their Rozi , Roti and Makan. . They need cheap potato, onion, vegetables, wheat, rice, pulses etc. There is a proverb “Dal roti khayenge Prabhu ke gun gayenge” .

Common men need regular water and electricity. They need medical care, education, and transport at reasonable rate. They need punctuality and cleanliness on road, buses, offices railways and other public places.

Common men do not understand GDP growth loudly claimed by Manmohan Ji and Pranab da; they do not under stand IPL games or share market upheavals.

I want BJP to identify and assess the pain of common men and ask at least CMs of BJP to address these issues on priority and instruct and advice leaders, members and speakers of Bhartiya Janta Party to stop commenting only on the black spots on the dress of UPA government.

People like positive attitude and dislike people who do nothing but criticize others only, People are pleased to see the performance of government run by Narendra Modi , Raman and Mr.Nitish Kumar. BJP should focus on the achievements made by successful ministers of the party and desist from insignificant issues pertaining to UPA and its members.

Why corrupt bankers not punished

Everyday news about GDP growth or bank lending rate comes on TV and newsprint. Chairman of ICICI or HDFC or SBI or PNB or Union Bank whoever he or she may be, they are inclined to give such a statement which suits wishes of government. They are number one yes-men of Ministers and they are invariably surrounded by corrupt and CBI case ridden General Managers .When General Managers are facing CBI inquiry and are not punished by Chairman of any bank it shows how much corrupt and false they themselves are. Executives more often than not, are addicted to speak lie and concoct figure. Therefore if these CEO talks about stable interest rate regime or social inclusion it appears ridiculous and ludicrous. Neither can one believe on statistics submitted by them or bad loans or real health of economy.

Even Chartered Accountants or Credit rating agencies are not doing their job honestly. Based on some statistics or the other they are simply predicting the probable NPA percentage in banks based on some premise or the other. They believe on balance sheet data of last year which I do not believe. . If they look into the books /CBS system of at least five banks in five towns or ten towns in a state say Jharkhand or Bihar and they assess personally without believing any word from banker I think reality will precipitate. But before that rating agency has to learn prudential norms of the banks very carefully and then work for this task seriously at least for three months. I think bad loan percentage will be at least five times of what they are exhibited in balance sheets.

An officer who is not well versed in modern tact of keeping boss happy or not master in cooking figure cannot become executive. An officer who is not tactful in earning money and share with bosses cannot dream of becoming executive. When corruption is at large scale at higher level even CBI or CVC will not pursue the case. Even Ministry of Finance will remain silent. RBI officers and inspectors will submit favourable report.

One can imagine what is happening in a bank where all General Managers like Vijendra, Bansal, Govindan are surrounding the Managing director of that bank and not punished even after various charges. It may be also be guessed who are the God fathers behind such heavyweights .In such sorry state of affairs one cannot dream of good health of bank and neither can he believe on the preaching of these CEOs of the bank. In such bank good officers cannot dream of promotion or good posting. And this is bitter truth that a bank cannot show stable growth without the whole hearted support of field workers. When field functionaries are ingeneral unhappy they cannot be loyal but they can be good flatterer. It is therefore hard nut to crack to assess the real health of any bank.

Regionalism

Arbitrary promotion and whimsical transfer is the root cause of rampant corruption and culture of flattery to superiors. Culture of flattery to bosses and tendency to become Yesman of Ministers, MPs and MLAs is the root cause of all maladies prevailing in the society. Every employee in our country knows the bitter truth that only those who are yesmen of bosses can get elevation in their career or get cream and comfortable posting.

Most of MLS, MP and Ministers have accumulated properties worth many crores of rupees. Department of vigilance or CBI or Anti corruption cell or Economic offenders cell are silent spectators.

So many IAS and IPS officers have been found indulged in corrupt practices only because they have got the blessings of their mentor Ministers.

So many bank officers and executives have properties worth crores of rupees, which is far more than their total earning in their entire tenure. It is possible only because there is practically none to look into corrupt practices prevailing in the bank at higher level.

When Head of any department or office is corrupt, or when any minister in the government is corrupt it will be foolish to imagine of healthy culture down the line.
It is very difficult to survive with dignity when the boss is corrupt and when boss likes flattery.
Only when boss loves real performance, employees feel delighted in working sincerely.

When real performers are awarded, there will be positive motivation. On the contrary if corrupt is promoted and given good posting, it is but natural that people will be tempted to toe the line of boss even if it is wrong and unethical and against the interest of the organization

As long as we are unable to provide a reasoning based transfer and merit based promotion and as long as the wrong doers are not punished by either head of the department or by the courts we cannot imagine of stopping corrupt practices prevailing in the system and spreading like cancer in the society.

Old proverb survival for the fittest no more holds good. Now a days survival is possible only for the person who is well versed in flattery to bosses, who can earn money through ill methods and share the same with his bosses.

The bitter truth is that there is no foolproof method of providing perfectly merit-based promotion or seniority based promotion in any office. None of the promotion processes can ensure justice to all, justice to the organization and discomfort to none as long as the person responsible for carrying out the promotion process is dishonest and corrupt. When protectors become destructors, damage to society cannot be stopped,

One easy way to stop whimsical transfer and arbitrary promotion is to maintain transparency and abolish the requirement of passing through Interview for existing employees for getting promotion. Interview is such a test where Interviewers can easily spoil the candidates career.

During interview, key role is played by elements like bribe, gift, sources, godfathers, and flattery possessed by employee whose performance is assessed during interview. When Interviewer desires to promote an employee he raises easy questions or do not raise any question and give higher marks and on the contrary he may raises toughest and irrelevant questions before the candidate to reject him in the promotion process.

The interviewer as per his whims and fancies gives marks for interview and unfortunately there is no method to penalize such malicious interviewers or the interview team made of birds of the same feather. There is hardly any place for merit in the mind of Interview panel and this why whimsical promotions take place and a reign of injustice and that of corruption spreads like epidemic and is followed by inefficiency, frustration, depression and what not.

Last but not the least; our courts cannot deliver justice in decades. This eliminates the fear from the minds of interviewer and the aggrieved employee is constrained to bear with the rejection in promotion process. Justice delayed is justice denied. And when there is no hope of justice even from court, aggrieved person in promotion process is left with no alternative other than digesting the poison of injustice.

It is an open secret in our society that victim is afraid of lodging complain in police department against any type of criminal. Not to speak of promotions, management can torture an employee by using his power of transfer and posting an employee in the name of exigencies as per his sweet will.

I therefore request you to take immediate steps to ensure merit based transparent promotion and reasoning based transfers and posting in all offices. Only one remedy to cure disease of corruption is to award honest performers and sideline corrupt performers. Only the bearer knows where the shoe pinches is a right proverb in this regard.

IN BANKING INDUSTRY THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF OFFICERS WHO ARE FACING TRANSFER EVEN TWICE OR THRICE A YEAR WHEREAS OFFICERS SITTING IN METROS ARE SITTING IN ONE TOWN SINCE JOINING SAY FOR TWO OR THREE DECADES.
EVEN POLICY OF RURAL POSTING IS MISUSED BY THE MANAGEMENT TO ISOLATE NON FLATTERERS .
EVEN POLICY OF POSTING OUTSIDE STATE AFTER PROMOTION IS MISUSED TO FAVOUR THE PEOPLE OF WEST BENGAL OR THAT OF MAHARASHTRA.
POLICY OF NORTH EAST POSTING IS USED TO ISOLATE NON FLATTERERS. POLICY OF TRANSFER FOR NON PERFORMERS IS ALSO USED BY THE EXECUTIVE TO KEEP NON FLATTERES AWAY.
NOWHERE AND NONE OF POLICIES ARE USED TO PROMOTE THE CULTURE OF PERFORMANCE.
AS SUCH IT IS COMPARATIVELY BENEFICIAL TO ELIMINATE THE ELEMENTS OF DISCRETION OR DISCRIMINATION IN THE INTERNAL PROMOTION PROCESS AND TRANSFER POLICY.THE MORE TRANSPARENT WILL BE THE POLICIES , THE LESS WILL BE QUANTUM OF FLATTERY IN THE MIND OF WORKING OFFICERS.
EXECUTIVES WHO ARE INDULGED IN CORRUPT PRACTICES WHILE RELEASING ORDER OF TRANSFER OF PUTTING THEIR SIGNATURE ON PROMOTION ORDERS MUST BE SUITABLY PUNISHED SO THAT RECURRENCE OF SUCH MALPRACTICE DO NOT TAKE PLACE.
JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. YOU CANNOT IGNORE THE RESENTMENT, FRUSTRATION AND DEPRESSION PREVAILING IN THE FIELD LEVEL FOR LONG WITHOUT INVITING STRIKE AND LARGE SCALE REVOLT AND RAMPAGE

BJP should break relation with Shiv Sena without delay

I strongly condemn Bal Thakre for his remarks given against Shahrukh Khan in his mouth-organ newspaper through which he uses to play his hate speech. Every Indian barring a few hundred gang men (I will not say party men) of Thakres (both Raj and Bal) will firmly condemn statement given by Mr. Raut, spokesmen of Mr. Bal Thakre that he as desired by his mentor Bal Thakre, cannot allow Khan to invite Pakistani player to play cricket in Mumbai, that Khan should go to Karachi or Islamabad for living if he has so much love for Pakistani players. Thakre’s gang men passed dirty remarks against Shahrukh Khan‘s newly produced and acted film “My name is Khan”.
Shiv Sena Sainiks created ugly scene in Mumbai and elsewhere by tearing out posters of Khan’s film and causing loss to public property at some places. All these happened before camera of media. It was well exposed on almost all TV channels. There is no doubt in it that Mr. Bal Thakre have crossed limit in their hate speech, not once or two or three times but on several times in the past. Police remained silent spectator of all these ugly events.
Hate speeches or Mr. Bal Thakre or Mr. Raj Thakre are two sides of the same coin. They passed condemnable remarks against North Indians on so many occasions in the past. They created ugly scene in state Assembly during oath taking ceremony in the recent past. They did not spare even great industrialist Mr. Mukesh Ambani, great cricketer Mr. Sachin Tendulkar and great Film star Mr. Abhitabh Bachhan who are reputed and respected not only in India but in the entire world. Thakres named above did not spare even unskilled workers like coolies, taxi drivers, student and roadside workers who are from other states and working in Mumbai or in Maharashtra or who do not know Marathi or who are Hindi speaking. Mr. Bal Thakre even suggested permit for outsiders desiring to enter Maharastra state, just like visa for other countries.
Their remarks against Khan or any Indian who hail from other states or who do not know Marathi are absolutely bad and very much irritating against any Indian and undoubtedly promote hatred ness in entire Muslim community not only in Pakistan but also in India and elsewhere in the world too. Their remarks have annoyed North Indians living in not only in Mumbai or Maharashtra but also all who lives outside Maharashtra.
Such type of condemnable speech and bad behavior of Thakres have created fear among all servicemen, businessmen, professionals, filmmakers, industrialist and traders of Maharashtra. Thakres have badly polluted business environment and adversely affected social harmony. Thakres have endangered unity and integrity of the country; federal structure provided in Indian Constitution has faced brutal attack by these Thakres.

Every non-Marathi will fear in going to Mumbai and a day will come when Marathis will be beaten and abused if found outside Maharashtra.
India is crying for Indians being attacked In Australia. Indian government has in the recent past advised students to avoid Australia in view of continuing racial attacks on Indians in Australia. Such advice by government of India is acceptable to some extent. But it is painful that Indians are attacking now Indians in India and our central government is silent spectator of what have been repeatedly happening for last several years. Indians will perhaps not digest and never like if the same government at Delhi advises Non- Marathis to keep away from Mumbai and the state of Maharastra only because of terror created by Thakre’s hooliganism. UPA must make its stand clear and act before it is too late.
When Varun‘s tongue slipped during his election speech in UP last year, the chief Minister of UP Ms Mayawati booked Varun Gandhi under National Security Act (NSA). Central government indirectly supported the action taken by biased Mayawati only because Varun Gandhi belonged to Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP). Mr. Rahul Gandhi and Ms Sonia Gandhi extended their veiled support to UP government in keeping Varun in jail without proving any charge and that too under NSA, which is meant for using against anti national elements. Almost every party condemned Varun and his party BJP for his so called hate speech. Why are they all silent in case of hat speech by Raj Thakre or Bal Thakre is a million dollor question and now people of India want answer from State as well central government for this discriminatory attitude.
I am unable to understand why Mumbai police and Maharashtra state government is not arresting Mr. Bal Thakre or Mr. Raj Thakre or anyone who misuse the freedom of speech granted under Democracy, who is dividing Indians and creating hatred ness, disturbing social peace, whose speech is against the spirit of the democracy or who is posing threat to business climate and economic health of not only Maharashtra but also entire nation.
Police of Maharastra says that they will not hesitate to take action against those who acts against the established law. I would like to ask Mumbai police whether the acts of Shiv Sainiks shown on TV is lawful and whether the hate speech of Mr. Bal Thakre published in the newspaper is good for peace living Indians. I am unable to understand why and how long these lame excuses of police officials have to be tolerated by Maharashtra government and common Indians.
Are police officers not forcing civilian to take laws in to their hands to punish extremists like Bal Thakre or Raj Thakre or their associate gangmen. I will be fully justified n saying that there is full support of Maharastra government to police officials and it is they who advise police community not to take action against above Thakre and his associates because it ultimately helps Congress Party in making their vote bank strong and in dividing the vote banks of other parties like Shiv Sena and BJP. Obviously Congress Party has vested interest in promoting the hate culture and it is Congress party, which is dividing the nation on the ground of caste or region or religion and putting blame tactfully on other National Parties in the name of secularism. Congress Party is in fact creating another Bhinderwale in Maharashtra for self interest and there is no doubt that the party will lose its image in Maharashtra as it faced erosion in the sate of Punjab when Bhinderwale was playing the role of Mr. Thakre.
I however do not hesitate in condemning Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh, the head of the country for being silent spectator of open rape of democracy in the hands of Thakres and their gangsters. Indians want to see his effectiveness and not lame excuses that it is the duty of state government to control law and order in a state. Indians dreamed of good governance in the hands of Man Mohan Singh. But unfortunately Mr. Manmohan Singh has shattered all dreams. His simplicity and honesty is of no use and will prove very mush costly for the country.

If honorable Man Mohan Singh continues to allow anarchy to grow in the fashion it is growing in Maharashtra and spreading in other parts of the country slowly but steadily like cancer of corruption or naxalism or terrorism (Price rise is adding fuel to fire), I have no doubt that Man Mohan Singh will also erosion in his respectability in the country. There is no hesitation to me in requesting voters of Maharashtra to teach a lesson to Congress Party and Shiv Sena in the next election. I do not hesitate in blaming BJP too who is associated with party like Shiv Sena for the sake of political survival in the state of Maharashtra.
As of now people are so much annoyed with Mr. Thakre and I am fully confident that Indians in general will praise any individual or any political party, which take initiative to isolate and penalize Shiv Sena, all over the country. Political party breaking relation with Shiv Sena at this stage will gain political advantage instead of political erosion or loss.

Will RBI look into human capital of banks

• Why officers and employees are not transferred out from the Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai etc. and on the contrary employees of states like Orrisa, Bihar, and Jharkhand are frequently transferred out of their states even violating transfer policies?

• Why some officers are always given rural posting whereas some other officers are even promoted without rural posting violating government guidelines in this regard?

• Why some officers are allowed to work in their Metro towns for decades whereas officers of other small towns and villages are to change their place of working every year or alternate year without any incentive or compensation?

• Is there no punishment for those executives who indulge in corrupt practices and resort to whimsical transfers to keep away all employees who may prove hurdle in their money making process?

• Why RBI remains silent spectator of ill-motivated CEOs of banks and allows the malady in banks to accumulate?

• It is worthwhile to mention here that unhappy lot of employees cannot think for and make efforts to keep bank healthy?

• Is human resource not capital in real sense in Banking Industry and for some VIP CEOs of Bank?

Unhappy BJP leaders

People do not suffer due to tax burden or poor take home salary or due to lack of resources in their hands or post and power they possess. They suffer only when they compare them with those people who have more money, more power, more assets etc. If they compare them with millions of poor and downtrodden people below their standard of living I think unhappy people may find them in comfortable zone. People are not unhappy with their action but with what they react to acts of other. If we learn to react positively, our sadness will be at low scale. Unhappiness lives in every home and in all' life but in different way and in different style. Even Ambani brothers of Reliance Company having lacs of crores of rupees and huge assets and beautiful spouse are unhappy AND THAT IS WHY they are fighting against each other in the court of law.

Similarly there are some people in BJP who have sparked infighting just to satisfy their ego and to belittle others. Person like Advani and Vajpayee who have spent their entire life for making BJP bigger and bigger , more and more effective have never shown any lust for power and they are always ready to sacrifice any post which they have. Mr. Advani did resign from the post but was constrained to accept the post once again.

Every defeat in one's life makes one weak and angry. Anger is the enemy of knowledge and wisdom. BJP is defeated due to defective election system and due to wrong policies taken root in the country in the name of democracy and secularism. Still defeat is defeat. There are many greedy people in every organization. They try to snatch the benefit from the hands of the others or you can say they hate others.

When there is scarcity of fruit there is natural fight for them among ambitious people. On the other side in the camp of victorious Congress party there appears to be happiness everywhere. But in fact there is also hidden unhappiness for getting more creamy post ad more earning portfolio. Their fight will appear after they fully enjoy the available benefits and start feeling unsatisfied with what they have got by grace of God (Congress high Command) and become crazy to acquire more.

There are some highly ambitious people in all camps, they are so much greedy and principle less that it is very difficult to keep them satisfied for ever. Infighting is natural. And it is natural to a great extent. After human beings are not saint and they have sins of greed, ambition, anger, ego etc. Congress Party has also witnessed huge infighting after every defeat it faced in the election and faced even vertical splitting of the party at the time of Morarji Desai, V P Singh and such other leaders. Congress Party has produced several small regional parties in the name of Region or in the name of person like Congress (S), Congress (O), Congress (I), and NCP; and so on.........................Congress Party has in fact given birth to hundreds of party whereas BJP has hardly two or three like Uma Bharti's party or Kalyan Sungh's party in the past. Let us see what happens in near future.

BJP is still considered better than Congress party by many voters and there is lesser number of egoists. A few disgruntled people trying to belittle others will gradually understand the ground reality and calm down. They should at least learn from the life and position of Uma Bharti, Kalyan Singh, Shankar Singh Baghela who deserted BJP, caused some damage to BJP but they got nothing in return. There are some such people who apply the Dog in the monger policy. But Organization is always in upper position and success of an organization lies in discipline and quality of its leaders in general and not on a few skelton, isolated, and misconceived people.

I am hopeful that reality of Congress Party and that of BJP and also of other smaller parties like RJD, BSP,SP,DMK will appear and visible within a period of at least one year.

Unhappiness or Infighting in BJP is apparently temporary phenomenon and it comes after every defeat. But the wisdom of leaders lies in overcoming the infighting and their effort for making of better future. Failures are the pillars of the success. Gold shines more after each heating .Some rusted element will come out and the organization will prosper if they stick to better policy for the good of general mass and maintain desirable level of decency , decorum, disciple and democratic ideals.

True analysis of election result 2009

Result of General Election has proved to be a disaster for BJP and more particularly for Mr. L K Advani whose aspiration for becoming PM of the country could not be fulfilled. Undoubtedly it is Mr. Advani whose effort took BJP to such a height and it is also a true that due to his effort only Mr. Vajpayee could become PM for three terms. What I have found is that there is not much fall from the past record of BJP. But there is still sharp fall from the projected or expected level of BJP and even its rivals. Expected gain over past results did not come about despite hectic tour made by Narendra Modi and Mr. L K Advani.. BJP lost some seat even in Gujarat, Rajasthan. Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi which is more painful and very much disheartening for BJP. It is also a fact that its grip in many states have gone up. New states like Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam and Karnataka have now been added to BJP’s stronghold areas. Performance of BJP in UP is also not bad compared to past record. No individual can be blamed for poor performance of BJP when we see the tally of BJP at a glance. However BJP needs to introspect to assess and ascertain where it has committed mistake.

It appears voters have punished those state governments which did not perform well. Left parties lost the ground in West Bengal and Kerala but the same Left front retained its position in Tripura where they performed and satisfied resident of Tripura state. In the same way state of Bihar, Chattishgarh and Delhi, voters have awarded the respective government of JD(U) , BJP and Congress Party. In the state of UP, Mayawati could not keep voters happy after coming to power and this is why it has lost the confidence of voters to a great extent. This is why Congress Party and BJP have gained to some extent whereas SP of Mulayam has also faced erosion in its vote bank due to its caste based attitude, its track record of politics and its baseless friendship developed with Mr. Kalyan Singh. It gives immense pleasure that person like Lalu Yadav, Paswan , Kalyan Singh, Shankar Vaghela has been shown the exit door from politics.

States of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand are more or less equi-distributed between Congress Party and BJP .As such there appears to be no swing in favour of any party. Depending upon the performance of individuals and work done by their political workers during election the party has won or faced defeat.

UPA has shown performance well above the expected level and this is why there is a sense of great victory in Congress, especially for Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. Even exit poll conducted by Congress party itself did not expect such results. As such there is no doubt that the result has come as a miracle for Congress Party.( I feel astonished that Congress camp started preparation for celebration in just preceding night whereas the same camp was wooing Mayawati , Jayalalitha , TD pans many other smaller parties for formation of coalition government in early day and previous days.

However it gives more pleasure to Congress Party because during last two decades Congress party was almost getting finished in many states. In this general election congress has lost states like Bihar, Jharkhand completely whereas it has gained considerably in the state of West Bengal, Kerala, UP, Tamilnadu and Harayana.Performance of Congress Party has really been praise worthy.

But the party should always keep in mind that still majority of candidates who won the election are against the work of Congress party because it has won at its own only 191 out of 543 seats. If we remove the allies of Congress Party and allow the Congress Party to fight at its own we can say that Congress party has nothing much to celebrate at its own. Only one point of pleasure for Congress Party is that it used to get many crosses in its marks list, this time it has secured pass mark. It is not at all a case of distinction as used to be during Indira and Rajiv’s regime. Anyway the overall result of Congress Party and UPA gives pleasure more than what was in dreams before result.

It is therefore expected that Congress Party will now work well and not confine itself on the mean minded issues pertaining to reservation which gives transitory satisfaction to the people and to the party as well. For all pervasive growth and development of the country, the party has to win the love of general mass who have remained deprived of two decade old policies of economic liberalization, privatization, reformation and globalization.

Prices of all essential commodities rose to such a high extent during UPA regime in last five years that they became almost inaccessible for general mass. Wealth of the country has been confined to a few percentage (almost negligible, as much as 1 or2 % of total population) of population of India whereas majority of India has been passing through critical days. Position of infrastructure needs to be improved. Waiver of farmer’s loan will not serve the purpose of the farmers or poor mass .Agricultural production has to be raised, industries have to be set up and trading activities in retail sector have to be given a boost to create more and more job opportunities and to generate demand in the economy and only then India may remain unaffected by global recession.

Last but not the least, quality education to all and quick justice to all are two keys to make India globally attractive and for its acceptance as strong developed country. I completely disagree with those who plead that it is the victory of Manmohan Singh’s simplicity with good governance or its is the magical effect of Rahul’s campaign.. Had it been so Congress Party could have done well in the state of Jharkhand, Bihar, Gujarat, MP, Chhattishgarh, Karnataka and Orissa too? Similarly had it been failure of the policies of BJP they could not have done so well in those state where Congress has shown poor results.

As a matter of fact in each constituency voters decides the fate of candidate on his or her performance for that area. If a sitting MP of any area has performed well for that area he or she has been declared winner irrespective of which party he or she belong to. On the contrary where any sitting MP has not performed well, choice of voter comes to select between other available options. Here comes the role of first overall performance of state government and then comes the role of National policies framed in the Parliament by UPA government. This is why magic of Manmohan or Rahul or Sonia did not work in the state where Congress could win negligible seats. After all more than 50% of candidates fielded by Congress Party has been defeated by their rivals under the rule of the same Manmohan led UPA.

As regards media analysis, views of election experts, projection and expectation of veteran journalists and great election analysts, various surveyors, and views of exit poll conductors this election has proved them all wrong. It is worthwhile to mention here that in share market for every fall and rise of prices of shares there is enough reason to quote by so –called share market experts. Similarly after the outcome of result of general election all people belonging to media who used to ridicule Congress party, who used to under estimate Rahul’s charisma and who used to prefer NDA government has started praising Congress Party and the rule of UPA. All of a sudden there has been change in attitude of media people. They all have started playing the flute of Rahul, Sonia and Manmohan Singh. Obviously media has also to take a lot lesson from election results , introspect their role ,assess their pre-poll views, pre-result guessing and mend their ways, discard the policies of wooing ruling party and think for those who really perform without any biasedness for any political party based on false propaganda of secularism or communalism.
